    Ali Hedayatifar is a nationally recognized loan originator, serial entrepreneur and attorney with 17 years' experience in various facets of the mortgage business. As a loan originator, Ali is recognized as being in the top 1% of originators nationally by the Scotsman Guide and Mortgage Executive Magazine. He is also recognized as the #53 loan originator in the nation for non-qm loans by the Scotsman Guide. As an entrepreneur, Ali was the President and Board Member of a privately held Texas company that owned large national operating companies in mortgage banking, title insurance, real estate, and casualty insurance. Ali led the company to a successful exit in private equity. Ali has also built and led other startup companies in fintech, auto finance, and real estate. As an attorney, Ali practiced law at regional and national law firms representing global banks, government enterprises such as Fannie Mae, and various finance companies. Ali attended Baylor University and earned a BS in Economics, and subsequently obtained his Juris Doctor from Texas A&M School of Law. From a modest beginning as a young immigrant growing up in Austin, to practicing law at a high-level, building companies in private equity, and now scaling Kyber as a leading platform for clients and top mortgage bankers, Ali understands the meaning of dedication and honest work to achieve success – the core principals of the American Dream.

As a former top-producing loan originator and 20+ year veteran of mortgage banking, Phillip has built a successful career streamlining and scaling mortgage operations. This includes building strategies to drive enterprise business growth for loan officers and maximizing a positive customer experience.
